1. New tab/browser will trigger a download of TeamViewerQS (Quick Support)

2. Run the app (Note: it does not install to your PC, only runs in RAM)

3. Answer in the affirmative to all setup questions from app.

4. I'll see your PC, Mac, Linux box, Android phone,or iPhone is now available.

5. When I try to connect, a window will pop up on your screen...  Click ALLOW.

 

Now, DCS Tech is practically sitting in the chair next to you so that you can demo what is going on so issue can be resolved quickly. Both you and tech have control of the computer (kbd/mse) but you have priority over remote tech support agent.
